Condemnation, or eminent domain, involves representing landowners when a government or similar organization attempts to take land for public purposes. Todd has represented hundreds of landowners across Texas in obtaining fair compensation for their land.  In connection with these matters, he represents clients in proceedings before the Public Utility Commission in the placement of utility lines, such as electric transmission lines.  Other aspects include representing landowners in a wide variety of renewable energy matters such as solar energy and wind energy.
