Property owner associations, which include HOAs and condominiums, are a rapidly changing area of the law. As new legislation comes into effect, Todd helps clients to understand new legal requirements and address challenges proactively.

Todd has also represented hundreds of landowners across Texas in obtaining fair compensation for their land in connection with condemnation and eminent domain matters. He appears on behalf of landowners in administrative law proceedings before the Public Utility Commission and in electric transmission routing cases.
