Alan Rhodes enjoys the challenges of complex, unique cases. Throughout his career, he often took on burgeoning industries to create and develop new legal terrain for businesses. Leveraging his extensive legal knowledge and business acumen, he provides comprehensive legal advice pertaining to corporate, commercial, non-profit, and private enterprises. His career has run the gamut from working within public education to health care law, government, non-profits, commercial development, and agriculture.
His work with businesses includes the purchase and sale of assets, business acquisitions, ownership and management transition strategies, commercial loan work-outs, public finance, commercial real estate development, regional business development strategies, and general business and legal advice.
Co-leader of transaction team on what was referred to as the “Transaction of the Century”, the purchase of The Waggoner Ranch.
Helped 25 agricultural families move their businesses from Denmark to Texas.
