Bryan Guymon is a service-minded attorney who works closely with Texas municipalities to solve problems and positively impact their constituents.
Bryan Guymon represents Texas municipalities, economic development corporations, counties, hospital districts, and water districts. He has extensive experience helping cities with drafting ordinances and resolutions, negotiation and drafting of agreements between cities and vendors, interlocal agreements, agreements with utility franchises and requests for proposals, and charter amendment processes. He also serves as a city prosecutor for some of his clients. Bryan assists with procurement, Open Meetings Act matters, Public Information Act requests, personnel matters, code enforcement issues, and more. He regularly works with approximately 30 cities as City Attorney, where he advises City Councils, City Departments and City representatives, and attends meetings of the Council and Staff. Also, a portion of Bryan’s practice includes acting as special counsel for local governments negotiating and preparing tax abatement agreements involving wind, solar, and data center projects.

Bryan and his wife, Janelle, have been married since 2004 and they have 5 children, Joshua, Grace, Hannah, Henry, and Jeremiah. They enjoy spending time together, playing games, watching and attending sporting events, and traveling. They are actively involved in the Pampa Ward and Amarillo Texas East Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Bryan enjoys preparing meats and other delicious food on his smoker grill.
