Gabrielle Griffith advises Texas employers concerning labor and employment-related issues. She handles various matters, including wage and hour issues, discrimination claims, and employee handbooks and policies. She also assists clients with investigations and resulting litigation.
Gabrielle presents legal updates and conducts training for employers to keep them informed on important changes in federal and state legislation affecting employers.
Civil litigation is a growing part of Gabrielle’s practice. She has represented trucking companies in insurance defense lawsuits, hospitals in medical malpractice cases, and employers in Texas non-subscriber claims.
