Lindsey Rusler provides open communication and transparency with her clients. She brings her previous property tax knowledge and experience to benefit the many landowners she represents.
Lindsey Rusler’s practice consists primarily of landowners, developers, homeowners associations (HOAs), and property owner associations (POAs). She negotiates real estate transactions including purchasing property for residential and commercial development, landlord and tenant agreements, and agricultural leases. Lindsey represents HOAs, condominium associations, and assists POAs with the enforcement of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
In addition, Lindsey specializes in representing property owners affected by transmission line projects overseen by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). With a thorough understanding of landowner rights, eminent domain law, and utility regulations, Lindsey provides clients with strategic guidance in minimizing the impact of transmission line placement on their properties, negotiating easements, and securing fair compensation.
She also advocates for strategic placement of transmission lines for property owners pursuing renewable energy contracts. She has successfully negotiated various renewable energy contracts to maximize land utilities and profits while protecting them from liabilities.

Lindsey Rusler served in the United States Army Reserves from 2000-2008. She worked as a Civil Affairs sergeant in Iraq in 2003 and upon returning home, she was commissioned as a lieutenant in Military Intelligence. Lindsey has worked with veteran non-profit organizations assisting veterans who have been severely wounded in combat.
While not working, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. They love to ride horses, backpack, camp and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
