Korie Koetting focuses her practice on business and corporate law, including business transactions, contract drafting, business development, and general corporate litigation.
Korie represents both plaintiffs and defendants across a variety of complex commercial matters. She provides guidance to employers of all sizes, reviewing handbooks, policies, and contracts, and advises clients on proper employment practices to ensure compliance under both federal and state law.
With a background in civil litigation, Korie has also developed a strong foundation in transactional work. She has experience drafting a wide range of business transactional documents, including consulting agreements, real estate contracts, construction service agreements, employment policies, and purchase-sale agreements.
Korie’s knowledge of both litigation and transactional matters allows her to anticipate compliance concerns and to offer clients practical, forward-thinking advice.
