Jason Fenton’s extensive experience in state and federal court allows him to provide his clients with strong and effective representation.
Jason Fenton is a civil litigation attorney with a wealth of experience in commercial disputes, real estate, construction, personal injury defense, and banking lawsuits. He represents a diverse range of clients, from individuals and non-profits to large multi-billion-dollar corporations.
Early in his career, Jason worked for the House Majority Leader, as legislative aide and senior policy advisor to Texas Congressman John Carter, and as the federal liaison for the Texas Department of Agriculture. Jason’s previous experience in both the legislative and administrative arms of the federal and state governments gives him unique insight into the issues that he litigates, particularly those that are controlled by legislative action and administrative rule making.
