Underwood’s Intellectual Property Law Practice Group represents a diverse roster of clients in a variety of areas of intellectual property law, including, but not limited to, copyright, trade secret, service mark, trademarks, and software licensing. The practice group offers insight and creative solutions to clients such as businesses, municipalities, and school districts for developing, protecting, and monetizing their intellectual property assets and identifying and securing their intellectual property rights.

In collaboration with Underwood’s Employment and Litigation Practice Groups, our intellectual property attorneys can also assist with disputes, temporary restraining and protective orders, and full-scale arbitration and litigation arising from intellectual property issues, including trademark infringement, violations of employee confidentiality agreements, theft of trade secrets, and unfair competition.
