Underwood Welcomes New Attorney, Nicholas J. Scott

Nick has joined Underwood’s Fort Worth office and is experienced in general civil litigation on both sides of the docket, including individuals and business entities in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on construction, business, and insurance litigation. He also assists clients in probate and heirship matters and is a certified attorney ad litem.
