Underwood Law Firm adds two new attorneys

Brad Timms has joined the firm’s Fort Worth office and John Smithee, Jr. has re-joined the firm in the Amarillo office. Brad has experience representing a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large publicly traded corporations, in a variety of business and commercial cases in state and federal court. He will focus his practice on construction, business, and insurance litigation. Brad graduated Texas A&M School of Law in 2013 where he served as an editor on Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2003 from Baylor University.

 

John Smithee, Jr. previously worked for the firm in the Fort Worth and left two years ago. John will focus his practice on contract disputes, deceptive trade practice claims, construction disputes and general civil litigation. John graduated Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2015 and earned a Finance degree in 2011 from Texas A&M University.
