Roger also serves as a mediator in select bankruptcy matters and financial/real estate litigation.
Mike Loftin – General Litigation
Mike Loftin has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1983. While Mike has defended clients in virtually every type of civil litigation during his career, his focus in recent years has been defending medical malpractice lawsuits, serious injury and death claims, antitrust claims, employment discrimination claims, and governmental liability claims.
Cara Kennemer – Construction Litigation
Cara Kennemer’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential construction law. Cara assists owners, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in the negotiation and preparation of design and construction contracts and advises clients on risk allocation and project management.
Ann Manning – Schools & Education
Ann Manning is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her primary concentration is in education, employment and health law including civil litigation in these areas.
Alan Rhodes – Health Care
Alan Rhodes assists his clients in business acquisitions, ownership and management transition strategies, commercial loan work-outs, public finance, commercial real estate development, regional business development strategies, and general business and legal advice. Some of the business sectors in which Alan has worked include health care, agriculture, governmental, non-profit, and general commercial development.
Richard Schellhammer – Construction Litigation
Richard Schellhammer focuses his practice on construction law and business litigation, with an emphasis on design professional malpractice defense and commercial and residential construction litigation.
Fred Stormer – Schools & Education
Fred Stormer is the chair of the Firm’s Public Education Law Section and focuses his practice on serving as general counsel to school districts throughout Texas. Fred advises clients on employment law matters, elections, procurement, federal and state civil rights, construction issues and public finance.
Kelly Utsinger – Civil Litigation
Chris Wrampelmeier – Family Law
Christopher Wrampelmeier practices exclusively in the area of Family Law and was Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Certification in 2000. Chris’s family law cases come from all 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. Besides litigation, he prepares premarital and marital property agreements, represents clients in collaborative law matters, and mediates family law suits.
