Commercial Litigation Associate- Fort Worth Location

Position

Underwood’s Fort Worth office is seeking candidates with at  least 2-4 years’ experience in general commercial litigation to join our practice. Construction law experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills, effective communication, and drafting aptitude. The candidate will be responsible for participating in motion practice, managing the discovery process, taking/defending depositions, working with experts, and appearing in court and arbitration. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented professional. Salary range $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.
