Traci Phipps

Traci Phipps’ practice covers various areas of health care including fraud and abuse laws, business transactions, and administrative and regulatory law. Traci is a certified public accountant with almost fifteen years of corporate accounting experience, including seven years in the dialysis industry. She worked closely with physician joint venture partners, legal and compliance teams, and operations on diverse matters including financing, ownership transactions and entity restructuring, compliance with fraud and abuse laws, and formulation of assorted agreements, such as leases and operating agreements. Traci brings this experience into her practice to better serve the unique legal needs of health care professionals and entities. 

Traci graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2018. She is a member of the American Health Lawyer’s Association and the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Traci received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in business administration from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Science in accounting and information systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Traci enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and competing in triathlons. She won the USA Triathlon award in the South-Central region for the most triathlons completed in the 2014 season.
