Pedro Cunha is self employed and provides Of Counsel services to the Underwood Law Firm as a Foreign Legal Consultant. He has more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy, automotive, textile and welding industries. He worked to establish the Brazilian Wind Energy Association. For 10 years, Mr. Cunha served as a member and co-chairman of the service committee for the American Chamber of Commerce of Sao Paulo – Brazil. Mr. Cunha assisted in the formation and establishment of the tower wind processing plant inside Engebasa where he oversaw production and sales.
Mr. Cunha’s work with Engebasa/SAWE (a 40 years old welding plant) was instrumental for increasing the revenue from $20M to $40M in one year. He developed a pilot program for under licensing customers in America from 1999–2003 for the Oracle Corporation at LMS (Licensing management system – investigation unit of under licensing software).
Mr. Cunha holds a law degree from Catholic University of Sao Paulo [PUC] and a business management and accounting degree from Trevisan Business School. He was also a professor at the MBA program at the Trevisan Business School of Sao Paulo – Tax credits. Mr. Cunha helped to establish a non-profit organization of storytellers for sick children in Brazilian hospitals.
