Gabrielle Griffith

Gabrielle Griffith was born in Bedford, Texas and was raised in Amarillo, Texas. After graduating from Amarillo High School, she attended West Texas A&M University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English. She then went on to attend Texas Tech University School of Law.

In law school, Gabrielle participated in Texas Tech University School of Law’s Civil Practice Clinic as a Student Attorney and served as a Comment Editor for the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal. Gabrielle also worked as a research assistant to Professor Alyson Drake.

At Underwood, Gabrielle’s practice consists of labor and employment law counselling and general civil litigation. Gabrielle advises employers regarding labor and employment-related questions and issues, including wage and hour, discrimination and harassment, medical and other personal leave, termination and layoffs, employee training, and employee handbooks and policies. As part of her civil litigation practice, Gabrielle has experience in a variety of matters including trucking, employment, legal malpractice, trademark infringement and antitrust. Gabrielle is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Gabrielle and her husband Ryley enjoy hanging out in local coffee shops and spending time with friends and family.
