A fifth-generation Texan, Brooke Willis grew up actively involved in her family’s construction business. She witnessed firsthand the importance of a strong relationship with trusted legal counsel for both complex business issues and day-to-day questions that arise. Her experience within the business world, specifically the construction industry, provides a strong foundation for offering practical legal advice that business owners can trust. Her practice ranges from complex business arrangements, entity formations, and general business disputes to reviewing and drafting construction contracts, addressing lien issues, and supporting clients through construction disputes. Brooke offers her clients effective problem-solving, excellent communication, and practical guidance. 

 While in law school, Brooke Willis also completed a business law concentration and served as an intern with The Beck Group and the Federal Trade Commission.
