Brad Timms represents a diverse clientele that includes design professionals, municipalities, public and private schools, and businesses of all sizes. His legal prowess can be seen in the victories he’s obtained for clients in both state and federal courts at the trial-court and appellate levels.
Alongside his litigation practice, Brad extends his expertise to help clients in drafting contracts and spearheading business-related negotiations.
Brad Timms recently achieved a significant victory in the Austin Court of Appeals on behalf of their client, a national title agency. The court of appeals affirmed a take-nothing summary judgment as to all claims in favor of Underwood’s client.
