Slater Elza has been invited to speak at the 2012 Texas City Attorney’s Association Summer Conference at South Padre Island. The TCAA Summer Conference regularly attracts over 200 practicing municipal lawyers for 3 days of continuing education. Slater will speak on “Drafting a Peddler/Itinerant Merchant Ordinance,” focusing on the Constitutional issues involved in governing door-to-door sales in Texas communities.
