Sally Emerson and Chris Wrampelmeier Attend Harvard Negotiation Seminar

Sally Emerson and Chris Wrampelmeier attended the Harvard Negotiation Seminar sponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in Chicago, Illinois on July 13 – 14, 2012. They were two of only twenty-four attorneys from across the country who attended.  The conference was led by Robert C. Bordone, a Harvard professor who is the director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program, and Debbie Goldstein, an affiliated faculty member of the program.  The seminar was a condensed version of the 40-hour negotiation training held at Harvard.   This course taught the attendees how to refine their negotiation skills, particularly how to create value through negotiation.  The course also addressed how to negotiate with difficult people, an issue that sometimes arises in Underwood’s Family Law practice.  For more infomation on this seminar, click here.
