On July 24, 2012, Underwood Law Firm Shareholder Slater Elza spoke at a Lunch and Learn, jointly sponsored by the Deaf Smith County Chamber of Commerce and the Hereford Economic Development Corporation regarding the National Labor Relation Board’s May 30, 2012 Report on Employees and Social Media.  Approximately 50 people from local businesses attended the presentation, which focused on insuring that a company’s social media policy does not unlawfully interfere with the rights of its employees.
