Underwood’s Roger Cox recently moderated a panel at the State Bar of Texas Advanced Business Bankruptcy Course in Houston. The panel, which also featured former American Bankruptcy Institute President, Deborah Williamson of Cox Smith Matthews, San Antonio, addressed the use of reinstatement in Chapter 11 reorganization following the Charter Communications bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York. Cox also authored the paper entitled CHAPTER 11 CRAM UP – Back to the Future by Way of Reinstatement Under 1124(2), which accompanied the presentation.
Mr. Cox is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a member of Underwood’s Financial Institutions Practice Group.
