Patrick Weir was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He graduated from Tascosa High School and received his B.S. degree from Texas A&M University in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to attending law school, he was employed as a Legal Assistant Clerk at Baker Botts, L.L.P. in Houston.
