R. Wade King

Wade King’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders, borrowers, and privately held companies in a wide variety of agricultural and commercial financing transactions. He advises lenders and borrowers on structuring and documenting asset and real estate based loan transactions, and other real estate and business transactions. He is a native of the small West Texas town of Muleshoe and is an avid fly-fisherman.
