Wade Arnold is originally from Austin, Texas but has practiced in Amarillo since 1992. His practice consists of a wide variety of civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Mr. Arnold’s broad litigation practice includes the areas of commercial law, personal injury, construction disputes, education law, medical malpractice, contract disputes, deceptive trade practices, real estate, premises liability, motor vehicle and truck collisions, wrongful death and survivorship, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has also handled a number of civil appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. In addition to his litigation practice Mr. Arnold also assists clients with the preparation of contracts, formation of partnerships, business negotiations and various corporate activities. He is married and has two children.
