Taylor Shelton grew up in Clarendon, Texas. Upon graduation from Clarendon High School, Mr. Shelton obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010.
Mr. Shelton’s practice is concentrated on business transactions, formations, and reorganizations, as well as various issues related to energy and water law. Mr. Shelton also has experience in the formation and governance of non-profit entities.
