Ronn P. Garcia

Mr. Garcia prides himself in having strong West Texas roots having been raised in Lubbock, Texas.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law.  In addition to enjoying a deep West Texas heritage, Mr. Garcia is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Garcia gained experience with Wells Fargo Bank.  As an investment banker, Mr. Garcia performed transactions in investments, wealth management, insurance, and lending. During law school, Mr. Garcia served as a summer clerk for the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division, where he was the first recipient of the “Certificate of Distinguished Service.”

Local community involvement has always been an important part of Mr. Garcia’s personal pursuits.  Currently, Mr. Garcia serves as Executive Board Member of the South Plains Community Action Agency (“SPCAA”).  He also serves as a Community Representative of the Policy Council for the Head Start Division of SPCAA.  Over the past several years, Mr. Garcia has dedicated time and effort to serving local charitable causes, such as churches, Angel Tree, March of Dimes, United Way, and Junior Achievement.
