Dave Goad

David Goad graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in 1997 and from Western New England College School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2001. Mr. Goad also attended Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, where he received a LL.M. in Taxation in 2002. He has been Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2006. Mr. Goad has extensive experience dealing in the tax planning and tax dispute resolution areas as well as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, overall business transactions, and partnership law. Mr. Goad represents both individuals and entities.
