Since joining the Underwood Law Firm in 1994, Charles Mallard has worked in and around various types of litigation in both state and federal courts. His practice is currently concentrated in the defense of employment, nonsubscriber and medical malpractice claims against long-term care and other health care providers. Additionally, Mr. Mallard provides immigration support to the Firm’s energy and dairy clients in the E Visa classification and he routinely speaks at employment law seminars on the topics of I-9 compliance and the defense of unemployment and Payday Law claims before the Texas Workforce Commission.

Mr. Mallard’s wife, Jessica, is a professor at West Texas A&M University and they have one son, Nathan. When not working, he has been known to play golf and watch just about any type of sports that is on television.
