Overview of Farm Service Agency Payment Eligibility and Limitation Rules Monday, October 23, 2006 Over the years we have created and reorganized numerous farming operations for our clients that participate in Farm Service Agency (FSA) programs. Each time we create or reorganize a farming operation we like to take the time to explain to our clients a few of the rules about participating in certain FSA programs. Our goal is to ensure that our clients understand the operating structure they have chosen and how to keep records to satisfy FSA requirements. The current farm bill expires in 2007.
